At Vintage Wholesale, we aim to ensure your bulk orders meet our quality standards, though please note that due to the unique nature of pre-loved items, returns are only accepted for significant grading errors or damaged goods. All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and clear photographic evidence of any items that do not meet the specified grade.
- 2.Approval Review
Our quality control experts will review your claim within 48 hours to confirm the discrepancy and authorize the return shipment.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Repack the authorized items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned inventory, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply store credit to your account.
