How do you grade the quality of your vintage clothing?
Our items are professionally sorted into Grade A and Grade B categories. Grade A items are in excellent condition with no major flaws, while Grade B may show minor signs of wear or small marks consistent with age.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale purchases?
Yes, our minimum order quantity is typically 10kg per category or a total order value of $300. This allows us to maintain wholesale pricing for our retail partners.
How long does shipping take for bulk orders?
Domestic orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 days. International shipping varies by location but typically arrives within 10-14 business days via our freight partners.
Can I request specific brands or sizes in a bale?
While our bales are pre-sorted by category (e.g., 90s Sweatshirts), they contain a mix of sizes and brands. We aim for a balanced distribution to ensure your inventory is diverse and marketable.
What is your return policy for wholesale lots?
Due to the nature of vintage wholesale, all sales are final. However, if you receive items that do not match the grade description or have significant undisclosed damage, please contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.
Are the clothes laundered before shipping?
Our vintage items are steaming-processed and checked for hygiene, but we recommend that all retailers professionally launder or dry clean the stock before putting it on the sales floor.
